Due to my current creative projects, I’ve begun to offer personal coaching on a limited basis. I may offer group coaching or other programs in the future.
For those I coach, I bring 10+ years of experience as a coach and group facilitator with strengths in navigating change, grief work, and mindset shifts. I use a combination of mindfulness practices, practical planning, and habit change systems, as well as other modalities such as breathwork, guided meditation, and music.
My goal is to support you on your healing/human journey in whatever season you’re in that you are feeling you need some extra support. All our work together will sit under the umbrella of working in alignment with yourself, your beliefs, and your life vision.
While I try to work in a practical, straightforward way, I also draw upon my intuition and experience as a sound healer, singer, and artist.
I’ve helped clients navigate a wide array of challenges, including life transitions, moving through deep inner work, and finishing meaningful creative projects. Ultimately, I’m open to working with anyone who I may be of service to.

Sessions are an hour long once a month. A typical format is beginning with a grounding meditation or check-in, reviewing the weeks, going deep into challenges and situations that have come up, then setting intentions and actionable steps for the following month.
My current rate is $250 a session. This rate will increase as the wait list grows so that I can be mindful about the amount of time I spend coaching. I believe I am most effective when I spend the majority of my time learning, making things, and sharing them, so it’s important to me that I reserve most of my time for that.
Before committing to working together, we will do an initial session to gauge if we are a good fit. If we’d like to move forward with coaching after the first session, I ask you commit to working with me for at least 6 months. I find this length of time is the most effective for achieving long terms goals and seeing true, lasting change.
You lock in the current rate when you sign up for the waitlist, so long as you book your first session when your turn comes up. The waitlist is currently 1-2 months out.
