In this first episode, I sat down with my friend Kat toward the end of a 30 day experiment, a project where I rented a studio for 30 days to record an EP I hadn’t yet written. We sat down on day 29 in the actual studio where the project took place. We talk about leaning into intuition, the songwriting process, and dive deep into the stories and heart of the first song on the EP, What the Water Gave.
